用水量大增之謎：求解

住溫哥華西大學區一老房。管理辦公室每三四個月查一次水表，送一個賬單。

最近一次賬單是去年同期的三四倍，盡管同樣的人口和用量。

把以前的賬單找出來對比一下，發現用水量大增：

查表日 / 平均用量（每日立方米）：

Dec. 31, 2019 / 1.04

May 31, 2020 / 1.27

Sept. 30, 2020 /2.25

Dec. 31, 2020 /3.60

家裏轉了一圈，沒發現哪兒漏水。我想也許地下管道漏水？可每天三立方米是個不小的量。難道都流進了太平洋（旁邊是海邊公園）？

大家有何高見？（院子裏的灌溉水是另外的係統/水表）。
