我就是在米蘭錢包被偷，Chase卡馬上被盜用，我手機馬上就收到alert. 我打電話給客服，

完全是美國國內電話的打法。我出境從來不貪便宜，仍用美國手機服務，寧可出每天$10漫遊費，其實一個billing circle最多$100. 我不願意切斷美國國內的正常聯係方式。
