二月份忘記定投了。另外請教Roth IRA 問題。

今天是不是買的好時機？一月份買的兩次月中月底定投的VGT -1.93% gain, VOO 0.30%。

還有vanguard Roth IRA 我一直買的是大盤500，這個以後投資不用交稅，是不是可以買點個股激進一點？
