When late morning rolls around and you're feeling a bit out of sorts, don't worry; you're probably just a little eleven o'clockish.

如果到了上午晚些時候而你覺得有些沒精打采，別擔心，你很可能隻是處於“11點狀態”。

在小熊維尼的故事裏，維尼的鍾總是停在11點，而每次他看鍾時就會說：“啊，是時候吃點東西了。”幾年以前在英國，有種在11點享用的飲料和點心非常普遍，就叫做“elevenses”。

You can't stay in your corner of the Forest waiting for others to come to you. You have to go to them sometimes.

你不能躲在林中的角落裏等著別人來找你，有時你必須自己去找他們。

If the person you are talking to doesn't appear to be listening, be patient. It may simply be that he has a small piece of fluff in his ear.

如果你訴說的對象看上去沒在聽你講話，別著急，也許他隻是要清理一下耳朵。

A little consideration, a little thought for others, makes all the difference.

多給別人一些體諒，多為別人考慮一點，那將讓一切截然不同。

Just because an animal is large, it doesn't mean he doesn't want kindness; however big Tigger seems to be, remember that he wants as much kindness as Roo.

不是說體型大的動物就不向往溫情；無論跳跳虎看上去多龐大，請記住他需要的關懷和小豆一樣多。
