從 "all records of him had been destroyed" 這句的“destroyed”，俺傾向
1 外語教學與研究出版社譯成“擊潰”。原句被譯成：。。他所在的部隊被潰，。。。

不光被潰，更有全軍覆沒的意思在裏麵, 所以資料盡毀~~~
