my sweet and lovely bird now flew away
when heavy rain poured and strong wind swirled
under a leaf-less tree she used to sit on
alone I cried in my shattered world

whoever says that love is blind is blind.
love cringes when seeing man who are broke:
her eyes look aside, her hand on reins
she waits for gold to roll under her yoke

as withered autumn heralds sapless winter
no one will remember this tiger's paws
by the time flowers bloom in next spring
only left pieces of his broken claws

what is love? time has given so much clue
it's in poor men's heart and rich men's shoe
