Sneezing usually was not a big issue, people even god-bless-you. Now in this H1-N1 flu phobia season, whoever dare to sneeze or cough in public will be stoned. :)

Anyway, if nature calls, excuse your co-workers first, turn away, and then use a tissue. Too complicate :). If there are no tissues available, sneeze into your arm or elbow rather than your bare hands. The last thing you want to do is to sneeze into others’ faces.
