Don't be shy like I used to be. One of my coworkers didn't have much training in English language before she came to North America. But a few years later, her spoken English became way better than her hu*****and who had years of formal training. Her little secret is that she never feels uncomfortable to try to express herself.

Like your R-sound practice and enjoyed listening to it.
