歐洲聯盟的最高法院周二責令波蘭承認在其他歐盟國家登記的同性婚姻，即便波蘭法律目前並不允許此類婚姻。

The Supreme Court of European Union ordered Poland on Tuesday to acknowledge the same sex marriage registered in other EU countries, even though Polish law forbids such marriages.
