Roast leg of lamb

     Bought a whole lamb leg on sale. Learned roast leg of lamb recipe from celebrity chef Jamie Oliver


Here is the result 

1. A leg of lamb,rub peppersalt as seasoning, stick rosemary&sliced garlic into stabbed holes

2. oven roast, 2 hrs&10mins, @185 celsius, for well done result; for beef, I prefer medium or medium rare

3. Sliced with powder spices
