炒麵

在梨泰苑的忠記麵家吃雲吞麵時看到隔桌點了一道炒麵，雖然材料簡單，但鑊氣十足，香噴噴的。回家後也做一道。。。

材料 ：蛋麵, 肉絲，蝦仁，鮮香菇，豆芽，蔥段，辣椒，蔥油酥。
 
調味料 ：豉油一湯匙，魚露一茶匙，高湯三大匙。

做法 ：蛋麵燙軟瀝幹備用；兩大匙油燒熱，放進肉絲/辣椒/蔥油酥爆香，加入鮮香菇/蝦仁拌炒，放進麵條/所有調味料，轉旺火快速翻炒，最後放進豆芽拌炒幾下即可。
