chatGTP and Bard are all AI based. Google translate is not.

Personally, I like Bard much better than I like chatGTP.

Bard, when finishing translations, will give you some explanations, including tenses used, words used, word group used and also give you alternative translations, in formal or informal ways, also alternative translations in different contexts.
