Zelenskiy calls for Russia to lose UN veto power.!!!!! 

Veto power:  否決權

Permanent members of the UN Security Council have one-vote veto power； So provided this proposal were passed by the majority members of the UN Security Council, then technically,  Russia， being a Big-5 member, could exercise its one-vote veto power to veto this resolution.

Zelenskiy calls for the UN general assembly to be given power to overcome the veto power held by Russia, calling it a “necessary step”. He says:

It is impossible to stop the war because all efforts are vetoed by the aggressor.

   "It is impossible to stop the war because all efforts are vetoed by the aggressor." this is generally true, it applies to not only Russia.
