son: daddy, do you want to be a Superman or Batman in the new year?
dad: neither
son: what do you want to be?
dad: a rich man
son: daddy, this is how you can be a rich man
dad: how?
son: R for responsible
       I for inclusive
       C for caring
       H for honest

dad smiled with his eyes wide open
dad: son, I believe I'm already a RICH man, thank you, my little rich man
son: congratulations! my big rich man
