focus with your waist!!!

When shooting hand-held macro, your waist must be super reliable meanwhile hold your breath. Though the camera told you that it was in focus the result could still be outsince your waist was not steady or your breath was too heavy. It is really helpful to wear a waist protection brace. Sigh! my aged blurry eyes can only do so much for now, wait until the Christmas holiday,  set up a tripod and put on the ring light to nail down macro photos... ...
