今天和同事去一家High end condo 更換設備,Property manager 給我倆開了個會,嚴肅的女經理指著我同事Dave對我說:“他過去兩個月來我這裏五次維修設備,越修越壞,現在被迫更換新設備,我不會付前五次的服務費的!”
我同事開始解釋,爭辯,越說越亂,無法自圓其說。
我打斷他,正想和女經理道歉,
女經理不耐煩地打斷我倆: " 我不想再看到他為我們服務,He is not professional!"
倆人狼狽走出辦公室,
Dave asked me: " Did I say something stupid or just talk too much?"
I said: " Both! Always remember:
Stop talking two minutes before you think you should stop talking!
Especially when you are arguring with a woman.
Especially when she is angry already!"
