天下隻有兩種人。比如一串葡萄到手，一種人挑最好的先吃，另一種人把最好的留到最後吃。照例第一種人應該樂觀，因為他每吃一顆都是吃剩的葡萄裏最好的；第二種人應該悲觀，因為他每吃一顆都是吃剩的葡萄裏最壞的。不過事實卻適得其反，緣故是第二種人還有希望，第一種人隻有回憶。

 

There are only two kinds of people in the world, when they have bunch of grapes, first kind of people will pick the best ones to eat first, the second kind of people will pick the worst ones to eat first.  You may think that the first kind of people are the optimistic, because they eat the best ones; and the second kinds of people are the pessimistic, because they eat the worst ones first.  However, the fact is the opposite than what you think. The reason is that the second kind people will always have hope, and the first kind of people will only have memories.
