Overall, try to simplify and use less words.

"I would appreciate it if you could ..." or "It would be greatly appreciated if you could"

1. Please process the attached invoices and let me know if you have any questions.
2. I checked invoices number # 1, 2, 3 but could not find them in my system.   Could you send them to me directly so I can process them for payment?
3. [It is not clear to me what role you play in this situation]:  One of my stores (your client?) told/informed me that Toronto Star stopped delivery since a week ago.  Serveral stores will be in similar situation, because theri last payments received by Toronto Star were in last March.  Would you like me to contact these stores for payment ?
