annoying English

I am always confused how can sombody love and stick with learning English for long time. I don't like English, but I have to sharp it now. How can I polish it? Below are my poor English writing. I am very appreciated if you can correct and modify them for me. Or how can I change it if i need to write same stuff every week. Thank you in advance.

1. Please process the attached invoices on your end or let me know if you have any issues around them.
2. I checked invoices number # 1, 2, 3 are not in my system. Would you mind sending them to me, so I can process and arrange for payment?
3.One of my store said Toronto Star stop delivery one week ago. There will have serveral stores in same situation, because their last payments to Toronto Star were last March. Would you like me to email these stores, so we get payment done at one time?
