"60 Minutes" 采訪 Zhang Xin

When I was walking with my friend (an American) yesterday, she mentioned to me about Zhang Xin, who was featured on "60 Minutes" last Sunday. My friend watched the interview and praised her English, saying her accent is "neutral", although I don't know what exactly she meant by "neutral". Her English is so good. Do you think so?
