Everyone probably had similar experience (more or less).  But the thing that does not kill you will make you stronger and tougher. Yes, we should try to be kind and well-meaning to others, but we also need to arm ourselves with” weapons” to protect ourselves from “mean-natured” people, and communication skill is one of those.
