這麽堅決啊？

悄聲八卦一下哈：長跑是很好的健身美體運動。Not only beautiful wind, you also get beautiful butt, legs, and waist if you run long distance properly and consistently. 順便善意提個醒，以後未得到別人許可前，最好不要擅自公開人家要求保密的信息哈，不然後果也許是嚴重的。有些看似隨和的人，一旦爆發，很不好玩兒的。:-)
