Just a few suggestions, but I could be wrong.

1. No man-made precious gems and metals are - none of the man-made ...

2.  such as light, agility, flexibility, elegance - such as its lightness, agility ...

3. The green, red and yellow colored feathers shine as hummingbirds always live in the sky without touching the dust and grass. - this sentence should be broken into two sentences, because there is no causal relationship between the first and second part of the sentence.
