請問foremost前麵是不是要加the修飾啊？貌似是最高級。

我對冠詞，時態的一致性一直是一團漿糊。最近看了語法書，專門看的關於冠詞的，還是漿糊，也有越看越糊塗的趨勢。記不住rules和exceptions，而且把平時的語感也攪亂了。
