第十四條 初步核實後，

由參與核實的人員寫出初步核實情況報告，紀檢機關區別不同情況作出處理：

(一)反映問題失實的，應向被反映人所在單位黨組織說明情況，必要時還應向被反映人說明情況或在一定範圍內予以澄清；

(二)有違紀事實，但情節輕微，不需追究黨紀責任的，應建議有關黨組織作出恰當處理；

(三)確有違紀事實，需要追究黨紀責任的，應予立案。
