別胡攪了, 知道為什麽GCD的條例, 這麽嚴格嗎? 是為了避免冤假錯案.

初步調查, 問題嚴重的, 可以立案, 而不是立即處分. 反而, 問題輕微的, 不需要立案的, 可以處理.

隻有立案調查後, 就是說, 需要再次審查證據後, 調查組才可以建議處分, 然後黨中央才可以處分.

知道為什麽條例這麽嚴格嗎?  是為了避免冤假錯案.
