你不找律師，吃虧的一定是你，你付不起房貸，就給他住，他來付房貸。

你與他現在什麽都結束了，基本上就要像個生意糾紛來處理，至於那個女人，基本上與你無關，你不要管他們怎麽住，你現在還想感情上的糾紛，是自己跟自己過不去。

當然你如果想結束快一點，就隨便前簽個字，結束掉算了，反正也沒小孩，金錢也不要想太多，比你窮的人多的是。
