緊急求教--short sale 房

short sale 房，兩個lender. 原同意給第二個lender 3 萬。但AGENT 堅持不給我
們看第二個lender 的APPROVED LETTER。別人都說給高了，我們懷疑AGENT有貓膩。
並沒給第二個lender 3 萬。

請問我們有權看第二個lender 的APPROVED LETTER嗎？ 我能告AGENT嗎？該怎麽辦
