Which lender gets how much has nothing to do with you. It is strictly a matter between the lenders and the seller (owner).
What you need to do is to offer a price accepted by the owner (in the case of short-sales, most likely this needs to be accepted by the primary lender). How they distribute the money among themselves, is their business, and does not have to be disclosed to you.
