已經簽了lease, 7月1日開始，能反悔麽？

已經簽了一年的lease,交了deposit 和1個月的房租，共$1320,7月1日生效。 現在發現房東非常不nice, renovation 一拖再拖，不僅不能按時交房，態度還很是惡劣。我7月份很忙，如果7月1日前後沒法搬進去，就的拖到月底搬。與他商量減免房租，he shouted at me saying I make him messed up and creasy.剛剛看到網上的review, 說這個apt管理也不好，冬天很冷，東西壞了修理不及時。請問各位高人，如果現在中止lease, 會有什麽後果？我真的好怕在與那個凶巴巴的房東打交道。還是我應該想辦法與房東達成和解。（我在馬裏蘭州）
