Thanks a lot,dabluekey. But just now, I read the lease and found some term :
"That Landlord shall not be liable for failure to deliver possession of the leased premises at the time stipulated herein as the date of commencement of tenancy, nor shall such failure excuse Tenant's obligation hereunder, except that in the event of delay, the rent herein stipulated to be paid shall be abated for the period from the date of commencement specified in this Lease to the day possession is tendered to Tenant."

In addition, I signed the lease but they will give me the copy untill I move in. Does it mean I can not canceal the lease ?
