這個罰單要不要付

老公開我的車（Title 是我的名字）停在了“A Tow-Away Zone”，被開了罰單；但當時勞工人並不在現場，罰單隻寫明了款項和車子Make/Model & License#等等信息。

後來勞工谘詢了一位曾當過警察的朋友，像這樣人不在現場的罰單我們應不應該付，那位朋友說不用，因為警察沒有證據說明是我違規，我沒必要為他人的錯誤付罰單。

但是幾天後我們收到了Court的Parking Default Notice, 信上指明是給我的信，讓我交罰單+Fine,　否則會讓Collect Agent跟我聯係。

但是我勞工還是堅持不付，理由是他們沒有證據是我違規，他們隻是”Presumed me to be the person who parked it illegally”,　即便我上法庭也可以照實說我並沒有違規停車。

心裏還是放心不下，請各位大俠提提建議？
