如何處理論文發表問題?

我希望大家討論一下在美國留學期間發表論文的問題. 這是個很多人遇到的問題,美國牛校也不例外.

大家到美國留學, 為了自己的發展, 辛苦工作, 肯定有不少結果可以發表. 但有時候, 導師"所謂老板" 就是壓著不發. 結果是到頭來, 學生的結果由導師發表, 甚至沒有學生的名字在上麵, 更甚的是,有時老板還到處散布學生這也不好, 那也不好的言論.


此次討論的目的是希望在留美學生和導師之間構建一個明晰的成果共享模式, 不要讓後來的炎黃子孫再遭受如此不公平的遭遇了.


如果你有類似遭遇或感想,什麽建議請跟貼!!

另外, 如果學生未經老板允許自己發表結果(當然會把此老板放第二位), 從法律角度會有什麽結果? 如果那位網友明白法律問題, 請發表意見.
