Thank you, Eastlily. The situation I talked about is different than that in Education section.
What I wanted to say is that both student and the boss are thinking that the result is great and is qualified for submission. The question is that the boss want to publish it with his name first and even without Ph.D. student name (or second).
My question is:
If the student publish it with the boss name second (student name first) without his permission, what happedned to the student? The funding is professor's and the facility is in university, does the student HAVE TO get permission of the advisor to the paper?
