Yes. But asking him for jobs when I have down time are all oral communication, no written proves.

Well, although I don't want to, but Yes for now. I know it is not impossible to find a job when I am 4 months preg, but my company has an excellent benefit for maternity leaves. I have been here for almost 3 years, really don't want to give that up.

Yes. I did. His defense are 1) my manager has never changed. my direct manager has mislead me 2) even my direct manager didn't give me any assignment when I asked him, I should've went to the CIO directly.. He is barely in the office and when he is here, he is in the meetings all the day long. Also, he is 2 levels higher than me..

Unfortunately no. There is another woman who is also preg right now, but she is on the short term disability shortly after she found out she is preg. I don't know how she managed to do that..
