i don't think I can agree with u. Of course I will be more proactive just like they asked me to do. But base on the situation now, they would still let me go if they think it is necessary for their own benefit. There is no justice now in my company. That is why I want to explore all the options I have now.

And this is not like dating, there is no emotions involved. I don't "love" them, never did and I am sure they don't "love" me either. This is just pure benefits.. and I don't believe in we shouldn't fight because we are so small adn they are large corporates.. is there any more justice in this world, aren't we still live in america?
