離婚了必須把房子賣掉分財產嗎？

因為性格嚴重不合，實在也過不下去了。所以雙方同意離婚。可能等到綠卡辦下來，勞工有了合法身份才真正辦。畢竟是孩子的父親，希望他在美國有個著落。

買房子時因為勞工沒有社會安全號碼，所以，房子是以我個人的名字買的。貸款也是我付的，因為勞工沒有工作。如果離婚，這個也算是共同財產嗎？即使對方在美國沒有身份，是dependent？

另外，離婚了必須把房子賣掉分財產嗎？舊帖有的說要，有的說不要。孩子還小，肯定是跟我。我想先打聽打聽再去找律師。
