I would like to keep this between us, but I feel like I should let you know there have been several complaints from management and our fellow neighbors in regards to my roommate and his friends. Because of all the issues, I'm going to move out on July 31st. There is also multiple people living in the other room. I'm not sure what the owner would like to do but I wanted to inform you because this is his property and I felt you should both be aware.  

Above message was written on June 13, and she moved out on June 18, without any notification. July 31 is the lease expiration date.
