LG買房沒有把我加入TITLE有什麽後患?

我在加拿大,沒有工作.LG最近買了房子,大部分都是他一個人去跑的(貸款,找經紀什麽的).前兩天告訴我說去簽字買房了. 去到律師那裏發現,所有合同的TITLE都是他,我隻是去簽了一份據說是承認自己知道自己不在TITLE裏的文件,就是承認自己不是房主.在此之前,我並不知道是去簽這樣的東西.LG在律師麵前說,這樣做是防止萬一有一天自己破產不殃及我,另外還有考慮到稅的問題,萬一要賣房子也要有我的簽字才可以等等.律師似乎也首肯了他的說法.他那麽說了,而且已經在那種狀況下,我也隻有簽字了.

現在總在想這件事情,心情很不開朗,隻有到這裏問問這裏的GGJJ們,是不是我想的太多了呢?我都想到了離婚,感覺很難受.

想在這裏問問大家,我這種情況,會有什麽後患?我該相信LG的話嗎?可以給些關於加拿大的法律方麵的信息嗎? 我這樣子是不相信他了,我也感到抱歉.但是這次我真的有非常挫敗的心情.哭.....
