請教各位：在賓州。如果一對分居的夫婦，一方死亡，留下債務，他的家人file bankruptcy，it 是否影響另一方的財產。另一方有自己的房子，隻有她的名字在房產證上。沒有任何 joint account or  cosign any paper or a  loan wih him, they are separate for years but did not sign a separation agreement. With this situation, will spouse be liable to his debts?
