我這麽理解

文件上的plea，是：“a formal statement by or on behalf of a defendant or prisoner, stating guilt or innocence in response to a charge, offering an allegation of fact, or claiming that a point of law should apply”，張師傅的指控是guilty。

可能你對plea的理解是“a request made in an urgent and emotional manner”，比如我們吃交通罰單，都會有選擇： plead guilty or no contest。我可以選plead guilty，然後交罰款。

我記得在哪裏看見張師傅說，不承認但尊重法院判決。這種說法我不清楚是什麽態度。
