不好意思，請原諒我的愚鈍和較真，到現在我還是沒搞清楚plea的主語是誰？

我是沒讀過什麽法律文件，所以來請教。聽廣播裏一般是檸檬汁說的那樣：某案子的被告被陪審團found guity，也就是你說的Verdict。好像沒聽說過：plea是陪審團在審案後對公訴人控罪的“回答”（你的原話），你的意思說陪審團需要對公訴人控罪plea guity?徹底糊塗了。

你給那個鏈接裏的問題與此案無關，是在這個案子發生之前的事情，並沒有看到出現plea 字樣。

而張的案子裏的確是在DISPOSITIONS下，但是含有3個內容：

What does it mean when it says plea: not guilty and then says disposition: guilty?

It's a criminal case for harassment and we were the plaintiff, until the state picked up the case. The defendant is currently on probation for the same charge and asked for a jury.

It sounds like he pled "not guilty," went to trial, and was found guilty.
