準備發email給房客

謝謝檸檬大俠的建議，準備發email給房客，看她是否同意lease term，假如同意的話，需要她mail signed copy back，看她是否回複，我估計她不會.

她曾經在電話裏說過她沒簽是因為lease裏說她is responsible for the repair.
