你起碼先google一下有沒有這個術語再說話也不遲。

mortgage raisability,根本沒有這個說法。歇會吧，離婚一定要raise mortgage？不擁有房子還活不下去了？

英國法律和美國equitable distribution州是一樣的，要考慮幾個因素，哪個因素也沒有mortgage。
