收養我弟的孩子。

我弟弟十年前離了婚。他獨自撫養倆孩子。一男一女。我弟是生意人，經常不在家。孩子有保母帶著。我一直想把他女兒收養了。孩子小不願意來美。現在女兒十三歲了，突然叫我收養她。她想來美國。我自己已有兩個女兒。我弟的女兒和我大女兒一直在北京生活了7，8年，感情很好！請問大俠們：這種情況能收養嗎？需要些什麽手速？謝謝你們！
