建議您看一下老貓所提供的資料,問題不在這裡,問題在於生母是否同意,離婚不代表失去對孩子的堅護權,(除非對方自動放棄或是已經不在人間...),否則任何領養的程序,必須得到送養人(父母)雙方的同意.
