第10條

生父母送養子女，須雙方共同送養。生父母一方不明或者查找不到的可以單方送養。
有配偶者收養子女，須夫妻共同收養。

第17條

孤兒或者生父母無力撫養的子女，可以由生父母的親屬、朋友撫養。
撫養人與被撫養人的關係不適用收養關係。
