retainer是給未來工作的預付

B. 你說過：
（1）retainer agreement said： "You agree to pay the sum of $3,900 as a fee deposit. A new retainer will be requested upon original retainer being exhausted."
（2）"她前一陣bill的超過了retainer $1800，但是她讓我付了這多出的$1800後，再給她一個retainer."

3. 所以，她“前一陣”做得工作價值是3900+1800=5700. 這一部分錢你現在就要付，是bill，不是retainer。

4. 你需要付新的retainer (fee in advance!!!), 根據B.(1)。

你要當心，律師fire客戶的事情經常發生，不一定隻是客戶fire律師。
