關於你說的那個法官可能會嚴格按照合同判決的擔心，能否通過以下方式解決：
1. 告訴法官因為breeder已經同意不把小狗送回去，所以我們把小狗送人了；
2. 或者幹脆告訴法官小狗已經病死了，法官不至於去家裏查吧。
總之就是告訴法官小狗不在了。
