取決於你為什麽一定要backdate這個lease。新租約應該在房子過戶前就簽好,沒有等到房客搬走才去簽的。
如果你一定要房客說明前幾個月的租約是和你而不是和前房主,你不一定要人家backdate lease(一個lease密密麻麻的條款,人家有時不敢隨便簽),你可以讓人家簽字一個說明,說這幾個月他是你的房客。通知房客不在聲明上簽字就不給security deposit。當然人家要是去鬧一定要sec deposit,你也沒有辦法。
